This week I've been working on the game Settings and Hangar menus. I wanted to make something simple, but still nice to look at. Most of my time went into the input (re)mapping, and making everything work nicely with a controller.

You can find the devlog here, it includes a video (with sound this time ;D) and some screenshots.

Would love some overall feedback on either menus, so let me know what you think!

I haven't even played your game yet but this Itch.io page looks incredible... I had no idea you could make stuff like this.

Really great job!

The second one is the new design. I don't dislike the prototype either, it's just a bit too plain for what I was going for.

Hi, recently I've been working on my game "Before the Stars". The main menu used to be a very simple prototype, but I wanted to make something that is eye-catching and easy to understand.

I've made a post on the game's page looking for feedback on the new main menu: https://snoozingraven.itch.io/before-the-stars/devlog/791970/main-menu-redesign

Would love some feedback on it, one thing I'm still considering changing is the place where players can edit their name. For now it's simply on the main menu so it'll be easy to find.
