If you are fighting the miniboss kill the constrictor first because if the constrictor constricts someone and the miniboss throws the constrictor, the constricted person cant be freed.

I am not sure for any other computer but for Windows,  you can left-click on the game then go down to properties or right-click and go to properties then click unblock and that should hopefully allow you to play.

It is a windows defender issue, the most recent update for it makes it label some files as malware or a virus.
