Without knowing your specs try and either update your gpu drivers or launching the game with --rendering-driver opengl3_es apparently people are having trouble with intel igpus on Windows (the easiest way to do that is create a shortcut to hardcoded right click that and put that under the command line arguments section) it might also be your anti virus detectiong a false positive
