I think that implies that Meowmie was killed by something outside. could be like a dog or something along those lines. Curiosity literally killed the cat, by wondering what was outside and going out there.

Yes it is possible! but in the actual animal crossing game you aren't aloud to put stuff on top of the highest level, or even be on there!
