Sorry to hear you've been having issues. I'm assuming this error is occurring with version 1.2? I've made previous versions available to download, so perhaps try those. If the error occurs with older versions, it might be an issue on Panic's side. Also, could I ask what other games you have been having this issue with?

Hmm, that's strange. We haven't encountered that error before. Maybe try to reinstall the game?

Are you perhaps missing the axe? If so, you'll be able to find it on the island on the right side of the map.
