Any idea when more content is going to be added to the game?

Currently running the new V.65 build and was trying to figure out the "F" key. In the training Gym you can have sex with your opponent once they are stunned or defeated. In the actual game you can't do any of that, the monsters can beat you up and have sex with you but you can create the sex animation on your own. Your videos and game seem to have the feature available but it is not working. I have tried to rebind the key and see if that fixes it and sadly it does not work. Is this actually a feature in the game or is it not really part of the game? Side note im a $10 Patreon and it says I get more animations and sex opponents but I have yet to see any in the current build....
Don't understand how you have sex with the characters... When I play, I beat the belts off of them and then it instructs me to right click on them. After I do that they just get picked up and then im instructed to throw them. How can I rearrange the key binding or am I missing a button to press??? Can someone help me?
