Really cute game! Pretty clear objective gameplay loop,  the character felt floaty in a good way (being in space), with a lot of neat systems in place to always be doing something. We had the same interpretation of the theme, but I think your execution fo save a dying star with the upgrades! Lots of charm

Cute game! It was a nice touch to move the clouds around. The last few levels may be bugged, because 5 and onward I just could platform across without placing any clouds for cover

The intro cutscene was nice, and the "accurate representation" into a crazy game was very funny. Nice game!

Such a cute little game! Great idea, simple art but really done well. Like the Oregon Trail but more fun

He says in the video you can use the art kit as creatively as you wish so "trail renders, shaders, particle effects" are all good. You could write a pretty simple shader to change the colours then by that definition.
