It's interesting, you could cheese the game by putting it in the corner of the screen, I suggest giving more space for the cursor to move around and add a movement timer to discourage cheese

I really like the concept, just make the controls and movement a bit more tact, maybe remove the friction.

It felt like the game's movement and interaction would've felt the same way if there wasn't a tether. 

like the ball on the bottom is just a really small moving ball, the tether didn't feel like it changes anything on how it affects the ball
