I'm stuck . I have Electricity 0, Robots 0, Stone 0, Lead 1, with no active buildings. So I cannot clear rubble or build anything. And there's no option to reset the save. Otherwise, the concept looks very interesting, and I'd like to play some more. But for the moment, I can't :(
