Thanks a lot !! ;D
I will remake the whole game into something bigger once the Jam results are up and figure out which areas needs more love and attention than others, hopefully iwill continue working to make this a full valid game.

Great approach! i'm doing the same thing ;D although i'm not happy with my current game even for the jam but that very same plan is what i'm going by.
I'm curious what top% vote result for your game would you consider as a good indicator to continue working on it? i know this varries from person to person but really curious !
This is less of an idea but more on balance, It took long between each new building type to build and for me to see how the new unit acts, i would consider changing the cost of buildings to start cheaper but gets more expensive by each building built in the same category, So the initial 3000 + 40 cost of machine gun hamtah felt steep at start even for incremental games, maybe starting at 1500/2000+25 blocks then going higher in price each time built would urge the player to stick around to see the next building!
Another thing is maybe an "end run" button that lets you keep whatever hamtahs you didn't use yet in the run and take them home if you felt the run isn't going well.
Thanks i really wanted to add a complex Goblins/Trolls and Sword retaliation debuff system like maybe thunder stunning runners or jamming the Smelter for a while but the time limit got me abandoning many things, once the review week passes i have a HUGE update for the game but have to keep it fair and not update now ;D
This gets a 5 in Creativity in my opinion, great presentation and movement animation as well. lots of jam games ignore pixel art fundamentals. the color palette was perfect for this exact game.
One thing i would have loved is a HUD indicator of some sort to indicate maybe my HP or progress but no HUD works for the game if it was intended as a mystery voyage too.
Thank you so much for the feedback! really need it.
Man i had this whole system of trolls mixed with goblins and they hold a huge rock/tree and slam dwarves with it, You could build walls every wave to make your up to 3 upgradeable Archers hit them more , but the time constraint cancelled lots of plans i had for this game , barely submitted it 1 minute before the deadline.
I made few updates since posting it though, but i'll have to wait for evaluation week before i add more stuff to stick to fairness.
Thank you so much again for the feedback!! <3
