In chapter two in Enter the lair how do you get 10 enzymes gor the serum?

I have a small problem with the game. Im and android user and when installing the game my phone says it was made for an older version of android and not safe to install. Is there any way to fix this?

For the paint puzzle its 5 yellow 3 blue and 3 red. If it dosnt work switch the blue and red

For mobile I just updated the game and when I try to click on. Something like a button i can only press it on the top insted of how it would normally  be.
