Thanks! Yeah we thought of that but if you accidentally got rid of one module you needed then you would be softlocked, so we didn't have time to think of a way to counter that - but ultimately I think it's better this way :3

We've been so infinitely lucky to have a good response on the game that we've been hard at work for the past week in order to get ready for a Steam release, so who knows... Maybe the Steam page will already be up by the end of this month 🤔

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it :D

Grazie :3

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it :D

Thanks for the feedback <3

Thanks! We're definitely going to balance the difficulty curve and let players start with a less demanding experience before going on to harder challenges :3

Thanks! Cool comment 😎

Well, the good news is that the completion time we've seen from playtests go from 15m-1h, so only 5 attempts is actually a really good result :D

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed and congrats for beating it so fast :D

Thanks! Weirdly enough a few people managed to crack it instantly but spent a little more time figuring out other modules that generally get easily cleared, but regardless of this we've already reworked the module for the next update that will launch as soon as the jam ends :D

A short and enjoyable experience :3
I think this would definitely benefit from a tutorial and som minor graphics adjustments, but overall the concept was really interesting!
Only issue for me was the fact that there are no checkpoints, which can make losing pretty frustrating, but I know the devs are already aware of this and since the amount of polish in other aspects is unbelievable, it only makes sense that they wouldn't have had time to rebalance the whole system :)

Grazie mille! <3
Yeah we saw a lot of people trying to get one single code by combining the three modules, that's why we updated the "How to play" section in the description - but we're definitely planning on reworking the tutorial (along with some modules) in a way that's easier to read and to understand :D

Thanks! We will definitely make big changes to the tutorial section in order to make it more understandable - that's entirely on us (and on the tight submission window, but that's easy to blame) :3

Thanks! Congrats again on beating it so quick xD <3

Absolutely loved this take on the mechanic (coming as a DbD player) - I think a future update could use a setting where you speed up time when clicking RMB just because it can be a little boring sometimes waiting for the arrow to complete two full rotations and hit the zone when it's at its max value, but other than that everything works great :D

Thanks, so glad you enjoyed it! :D <3

Thanks! Yeah it would've definitely been crazy if this made it among the top games in this jam, but given this is our first game we're more than happy with the feedback it's getting and we've already started the procedure of bringing it to Steam (a little too early, who knows!) xD
Over the next months we will continue to create content for it and add polish where needed to smoothen out the experience and make it more approachable regardless of prior experience with these kinds of games :D

Thanks!! :D

Thanks! Hope you managed to defuse it in the end xD

(1 edit)

Thanks! If you do I'd love to get your feedback on it :D

Thanks! Yeah I totally get what you're saying xD
What we wanted was exactly something that would hurt your brain, but a little less much with every restart :)

Thanks! Yeah that's pretty much the vision we had for this game because it's hard to find singleplayer games that offer the same experience without relying heavily on the "escape room" formula :3

Ironically my main inspiration for these puzzles was primarily Destiny 2's raids mechanics, so I completely agree with you!

And we had a lot of fun making this game so we are already thinking of a full release on steam with at least triple the amount of puzzle we included in this jam entry :D

Thank you! :D
Some modules will definitely be reworked once the voting period ends - we specifically have some changes planned for mudules P16, B53 and A88 to increase readability and make them more clear overall :3

Yeah we're definitely going to rework some modules but thank you kindly for trying to make sense of them xD

Thanks! :3

Thanks! :D

Thanks! Yeah we could've been a lot more clear about how the game worked - that's completely on us because the first draft of the game only had one code and a 1 minute timer. Later we extended it but it was kind of rushed so we didn't polish the introduction/explanation like we wanted to :')

Absolutely, I already rated it but forgot to leave a post about it :3

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it :D <3

Really cute aesthetic and nice concept! I love how immediate it is to understand :3

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it! :D
And as for the intern, we're still trying to figure out what happened to him - we've been told that his family hasn't heard from him in a few days... but I'm sure those are just rumors :)

Yeah we found this out during initial tests but we decided to keep it exploitable for the time being xD

Not super clear at the beginning, but once you take the hang of it it's a pretty enjoyable game :3

Thank you for playing!
I will definitely keep this into consideration for later updates! Coffee-stained papers were in the mix initially, but we ran out of time before we could create puzzle for every concept we brainstormed :3

I loved the artwork and the grotesque vibe of the game, but unluckily it felt too random most of the time :/
I would love to see this concept expanded though, so I'll save it to check for updates at a later date :3

Super cute and really fun! A little chaotic at first but once you get the hang of it it becomes really natural to play :3

This was great! One of the best puzzles entries I played so far, the concept was simple and I truly loved the silent tutorials in here - everything felt super intuitive and smooth to execute :D

Thanks! We will definitely work on adding more difficulty settings to give players more wiggle room (we wanted to add them in this version but the submission window was a little too tight) - we had fun creating this game so we are thinking of giving it a full release someday (who knows!) :D
