https://pernyblom.github.io/abundant-music/ is a procedural music generator, and https://musical-artifacts.com/ has lots of publicly licensed sound fonts for rendering the midi files that abundant music generates. (I use LMMS for the rendering)
I only used 1, minus the music and font. It was the scribble platformer.
