That's a strange one. It should've been shift and it's still working for both of us. Sorry you had to slow walk through that whole thing, lol.

I did enjoy it, and no worries. I thought that bug was hilarious.

Wait, you couldn't sprint? I do agree about the text, just didn't think about it.

I'll check yours out tomorrow!

I can't rate them since my friend is the one that submitted but I'll definitely review. Feel free to just give us feedback too, not asking for rates :)

Since I didn't submit it I can't rate it. I'm not asking for rates, just feedback. Let us know how we did :)

I didn't submit ours but I'm willing to review for sure. Here's ours if you wanna check it out :)

Ours is a 3D environment with goofy 2D art and a decent story. Would love to hear some feedback!

I liked this. Was a good use of the theme with a pretty fun puzzle. I think the levels need just a tiny bit more space from some of the obstacles. One of them I had to keep tapping as quickly as I could to get off the ledge without hitting the spikes and wasting a life. Other than that, solid all around. Great job!

I don't know if I bugged it or what but I wound up hiding in the locker then when I came out the note put me back at entry 1 with no clue and I couldn't figure it out. Had to restart. Cool game though, love the art and concept. Nice job!

I liked this a lot. Very short and to the point but still enough to watch out for to keep you on edge. I do wish that there was more of a tie in to the theme, like maybe more of a story with an intro or something, but really nice overall. Great job!

I like the way you took on the theme. Using the dead ones as leverage was a great idea. I do think the hitboxes were a little bit off for when they changed directions but overall it was really good. Nice job!

I can't rate it but I'm going to go play and review it. The guy I worked with is the one that submitted so I can't rate any.

Bumping this up, need some more to check out :)

Pretty cool concept. I did manage to break it really bad though. Spam E to try and enter the code on the lock after you inspect it and back off it instantly, and you might replicate it. I somehow forced the camera way far out from the player and as I turned my camera went outside the building. Good job though!

Easy to understand the objective, nice visuals, smooth mechanics. Good job to you all. I do wish there was a bit more but reading the other comments I gather your main focus was the lighting which we all know can be a pain so it's understandable you didn't get to do the extra things I'm sure you wanted to. Nicely done!

Interesting concept. Really well executed and on the money for the theme. Well done all around.

Very cool atmosphere. I am wondering if I got a bug or if it was intentional but once I entered the Psycho building I couldn't pick up the pages I found. I found 3 and nothing happened. Nonetheless, good entry and well done!

The guy I built this with submitted it so I can't rate since I don't have a submission but I'll definitely review it soon. Here's ours if you're interested.

Oh that makes sense. Man now that I get the objective you were really close to it. Keep it up!

I liked this a lot. Easy to understand, decent puzzle aspect, good artwork. Good job guys!

Really well done, nice job all around to your team.

I agree with the comment about "Papers Please", exactly what game I thought of too. Nicely done!

I didn't really get the combat at all, but I like the story and it ran really smooth. Nice job.

Interesting concept with relatively smooth gameplay. I did struggle to get the blue one to jump off logs on the left side for some reason, but other than that it was good. Nicely done.

Good art style and interesting take on the theme. I like the idea but I do think the movement speed was cranked a little high, personally. Overall pretty neat. Nice job!

I tried quite a bit to get passed the first run of it but I can't. Good art style and like the vibe of it though. Well done!

Really liked the artwork and great sound. The game has a great feel and is kinda hectic (in a good way). Really good job!

Hello everyone. My partner (the one that submitted the game) and I don't really care if it gets rated or not so don't feel obligated to leave one. We're just interested in what people think. Since he submitted I can't rate but I am willing to play and review your entries if you're looking for feedback. Hope you enjoy!

Good sammich. Liked the game and the concept but found a flaw with the stairs. Since enemies can't drop down you can just force them up some stairs and stand under them. Then you can kill them without any way of taking damage. Other than that, good map, good art, liked the style and easy to understand the goal. Nice job!

Hope you enjoy it! https://itch.io/jam/jamsepticeye/rate/3936217

Here is ours. Hope you enjoy it. https://itch.io/jam/jamsepticeye/rate/3936217
