on both PCs version is 0.22
on a laptop it renders a small gifs perfectly, but on Win8.1 PC which has enough VRAM to render something bigger i can't even input something

The app crashing (stopping working) after few seconds as I click 'Input' button. It doesn't write anything in console, just crash.

CUDA 10.1
Can it be that the app doesn't work on Win8.1? Cause on my Win10 laptop it starts to render but I don't have enough VRAM on it even for 480p vid :(
