I also just checked other things and it seems like the menu is just a "lie" None of the buttons works. "Preferences" error, "music" error.

Yeah, I've been doing that again and again but it still crashing and the error pop up, just tried it again too.

Is something wrong with the file? The game keeps crashing and showing me codes whenever I start the story or load an old save.

Personally, when the first translated version was gone due to circumstances, I was done waiting for the official translation to be released. I just downloaded a translation app on my phone and started reading, the grammar isn't polished but not unreadable like some manhwa translation.
Is it worth pulling up my phone for every panel & dialogue transition?  Yes, the story is very much worth it.

First: New update was PEAK! I can't wait for more of this story!
