Interesting vibe - cool sound design. I got killed by the raven a bunch... I am not very good at this version of chess it seems - haha.

Pretty cool! I like the trick or treat concept and not knowing what will be behind the next door. I could see perhaps having more regular people and people in costumes behind the doors. Which ones are monsters!? Who knows!?

Creepy and weird. The little guy attacked me even when I fed him! I am sure there are some ways to survive the night - I will keep trying.

Thank you for the kind words! I am so happy you enjoyed it and shared it with your sister too! I will be working on a more polished expanded release in the future. Leaning into the things you enjoyed about it. The removal mechanic def punishes you for pulling too fast too early. It hurts the patient. But eventually the worm loosens its grip. that said removal always does some damage... to go with the theme 😅

Thank you for the feed back! I am going to work on the hit detection in the next iteration. I think the way i am doing the coliders and the angles miss and grab another closer worm. Def something to work on. Thank you for playing!

That was cool! Very nice pacing as it increases the creepiness.  Audio was really well done and the world felt fleshed out nicely. Why does the lady want to hurt me :)  The ending music made me chuckle.

Wow! I can see this being a sleeper hit like mouth washing if it were developed into a full story - very cool vibe and game play. I think the mechanics are a little tricky -i had to read the comments to understand what to do and alarming the guards seemed hard to prevent. Perhaps mousing over the mouth hole could have like the parasite a parasite mouth tentacle slither towards the opening indicating that you can infect through the opening. Perhaps hiding in lockers/closets and things to eat? That said  so much potential here and very immersive. Making my victims explode was a fun twist haha. I could see you replacing the green with a bunch of chunks and gibs and splattering everything with blood decals. Guards yelling 'oh no what's happening?' etc.  I infected several patients and really enjoyed it.

Awesome thanks for playing!

Give the people what they want amiright?

Very good score! Thanks for playing!

11 is amazing! I need to add more worms now haha

Reminds me a little of Grow My Grampa! Do you ever get to see the creature? I keep replaying and waiting for it to emerge. Very creepy.

I saved more than i lost, my empathy was high and my chaos was moderate. what more can I ask for! Its clear that the idea of trying to help can also cause pain comes through as theme. I felt like I was playing some futuristic post-apocalyptic game -surprisingly immersive for a text game - well done.

The source of the moth man legend!  Getting Sulfur vibes here! I like the low poly dither look. The screaming worms were intense but I am a fan. Not sure the enemies were hurting me?

Thanks! The diffulty ramps up as the score increases! You did well!

Thanks for all your thoughts on the game dev process!

One area where level streaming still seems to be the only option still is if your design has verticality. Like if you want to stream levels  that are above or below - world partition only loads based on a 2D grid so if you have a stack of levels they all live in the same square and get loaded together.

Thanks

Thanks for the awesome font! I am using it in my FPS game! https://littlecitystudios.itch.io/lc-space-demo
