Thank you for playing my game!! The game is scripted so there isn't really any way to get other ending. I feel like the lore was a little confusing but you actually nailed what I was trying to go for at the end.
SPOILERS FOR THE GAME'S STORY BELOW:
Hinted at the ending, the murderer wasn't actually Wilson, but someone else. The interrogation and his hallucinations were playing a trick on him because of his guilt, so he ended up confessing.
