I LOVE THIS!! I've been waiting for this demo for some time and I'm so glad it's here, I can't wait for the full game to come out. I loved how alive the OG game felt (the quests, the dialogue, the map etc), but this one is even better. I really like that all the background characters have a design instead of being shadowy outlines. The premise is interesting, I like the MC (I also love that we're playing as a vampire lol) and the game feels familiar enough, but also new now that we're in Vortec instead of Ignia. I'm very curious to find out how Palmier became The Witch of Deceit and what happened to the other Witches (if Ivar is alive, that makes me think that Seth, Io and Meyza might also be alive..).
I have one question, is there a 'true ending' to the OG game? I noticed that in dialogue, Palmier mentions that Thane is bonded with Fia, that Quill is now a zoologist and that Lyall is taking care of his brothers. Does that mean that Arshem is the one who went back to our world? (if the answer has something to do with future plot points, please free feel to ignore it).
The last thing I want to say is less about the game and more about my curse of always falling in love with non dateable characters, first Ivar (I'm so glad you added him as a love interest!) and now Alexei. I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion, but I absolutely love Alexei. Obviously, I understand why he's not a love interest, but I can only hope for something in the future...
