whats the difference between free version and paid one?

Just out of curiosity and laziness, do you think you could add a cheat menu? if possible just to be able to give myself some items or to make it easier to survive, pretty please? 

when i win the game freezes and i have to restart or exit and it doesnt add to my win count?? do i get cash if i win or?

Can you add options button to deactivate or activate some stuff? Or like a difficulty, since i kinda dislike that you have very limited "continue ons" and when you finish them you cant ever restore them back unless you restart
