I've never dealt with this issue before so idk how to fix it, but i believe you need to edit your Assembly-CSharp.dll file with dnSpy and change your customid to your oculus id

Yes I know, someone playfab spammed the game. To fix it, find the Assembly C-Sharp file and edit your user id to your oculus user id

no it's an exe, you have to unzip the file with winrar and then open the extracted folder and run the exe and there you go
