Yes, we are aware of the lack of explanation. Originally it was designed to give feedback and info to players naturally as you progress. But due to some external and personal issues the development did not get to that point. We cut down a lot of elements to publish this on the deadline. 

We will work on polishing this and making this a full blown game in the near Future.
