Re-sharing my review from the gamejam page here:
Super fun game! Stealth FPS that plays almost like a puzzle game; Analyzing each room to determine in what order I should shoot each enemy so as to not alert others so I can conserve my super limited ammo. Insanely impressive game to put together in the time frame! I had a lot of fun playing this and chatting with the devs while playing. Once I realized how you're supposed to play (NOT going in guns-a-blazin') the game really started to click for me. The mechanic of having to constantly drink blood to force the player to keep them moving through the map in a timely manner is also such a good concept that I'm surprised I haven't seen done before.

In a vacuum, super fun game with some cool mechanics, but the fact that this is not only the dev's first game made in Godot, but also first 3D game at that, is WILD! Crazy impressive! The loot you pick up is hilarious; 2 people in chat said they would trust the cave pizza and eat it.
I would LOVE to see this turned into a full game, and I feel like it would play really well into being fully fleshed out as a proper roguelike. Hope to see you expand this game and/or whatever other future games you work on!

I really loved this game! The excavator mechanics felt really fun to mess around with and very satisfying. The vibes of the endless graveyard were immaculate; I am a sucker for orange desert-y wastelands and graveyards. Definitely inspired by iron lung in a really creative new direction. Also, the only game this jam to actually scare the hell out of me lmao. The little computer was so cool too! I instantly started tinkering around in its terminal to see if I can mess with it haha.
My only suggestion would be maybe checking if you can disable lumen or enable other optimizations because the game really made my computer chug; such is the struggle with unreal.
I would LOVE to see this as a full on game!

Cute little game. I liked the little wizard guy, wished there was a bit more of him attacking the player. Hoped for a bit more gameplay; more stuff to dodge in a bullet hell kinda way. The sprites having filtering on make it a bit blurry and I feel like it would look better with nearest filtering enabled for the crisper pixel art.

Visual novels are not usually my thing but I had a great time with this game. I liked the art style a lot. I wasn't sure some parts if they were supposed to be humorous or not, but overall pretty cool game. I did get confused on the last part and ended up getting lost a bit cause I thought I had to find the gas mask elsewhere, but that could also just be my reading comprehension skills lacking lol.

Really cool game mechanic, could make for a fun multiplayer game. Pretty funny and good audio design, especially liked the "animal crossing" style voices. Definitely fleshed out with some better assets and I think it could be pretty fun as a full game. The last level filtered me though haha, the spike in difficulty really got me.

Really fun and funny game, great art, and really interesting concept. The only thing holding it back is the lack of sound effects for UI elements/battles; Would love to hear things screaming and dying as you battle. Super fun! Would love to see this fully fleshed out and polished into a full release.

Cool vibes, but held back by how short it is; Was eager to see more of the game. Audio and Visual design great but right as I was starting to get into it, it was over.

I appreciate you noticing the normal mapping thing, our level designer thought it would be a good idea to make the cave look more damp, so I'm glad it came across well.
As for the ending, yeah I wasn't too keen on ending it like that but it ended up being rushed near the end of the jam and I wasn't sure how to properly end it. If I had started earlier I probably would've spent more time on the atmosphere and making a better ending.
Thanks for checking out the game!
The character controller was definitely where I spent a good amount of my time haha.
Our other main ongoing project is Decay Chain if you wanna see what other stuff we're working on.
