Hey, an anti virus i used found had a false positive (it said it had a virus but it doesn't). Maybe your anti virus doesn't allow it to open.
An anti-virus website said it is a virus. I will try it out and edit if it is a virus or not (it might be a false positive)

Looks like a family friendly game, it isn't. I love it! I think it is a good idea to add a warning like "This game has a lot of blood and violence" to make sure that you won't have any trouble :)
