im stuck in the cow girl lab, I cant click on anything, nor can I leave the room, I have tried uninstalling, and reinstalling, playing the game all the way back to the same spot only to get stuck again is it a bug or am i doing something wrong?

this is a fresh install

Freed the cow girl in the Lab!  Cant free bunpira or leave the room she is in. all i can click on is her tank & the Documents, If i try to leave, the game tells me party members still need rescued.
