The "E" key doesn't seem to be working properly. is there a fix for that?

Playing on PC, it seems that sometimes, after the 3rd night on any run, the ability to look around disappears. You can look around when you hold RMB (Binoculars), but will resume unresponsive when you let go of RMB. I want Manlybadasshero to play this, it seems like such a cool concept. I hope this feedback helps somehow c:
