Before meeting kazuya(silver hair), knock on the door in basement 2f's right-most room. first if you knock it, it'll say '잠겨있다(it's locked)', but knock it about 5 times? i guess, you can enter the door without key.
But don't blame me about this. It was like in the original game, so as this remake game does.
