Solved it! There is an action button next outside the phone that you can use to put it down, as long as you don't try all the things mentioned above as that does seem to crash the game. Avoid Gaby!
The Gaby messages seem to be bugged - it scrolls a huge backlog of new messages and abruptly closes.
Most of the phone UI options work initially, but after multiple interactions the UI will crash entirely and the game has to be restarted. Found this in the logs:

Really like the writing, the background art style is cool, and although they're only demo stand in's, the main character art for the guys looks awesome!
My only critique (which doesn't matter since these are just stand ins) would be that the NSFW character art doesn't match the main art, and doesn't look nearly as good. The Nordic guy looks a bit odd too.
But overall - amazing! Please keep up the great work :)
It's a real narrative no-no. To just suddenly drop the story and framing out of nowhere, and put the viewer/gamer in a whole new time and place without any set up. I just gave up on the game at that point.
How do I download the update please? There's no DL options I can find anywhere unless I use a purchases link, and the files available there haven't been updated for 90 days (so it's an old version)
Hi there, just starting playing the game on windows and it's really good so far! The audio seems to be quite buggy though - character audio will just disappear randomly for one line or sometimes a whole scene. Is there post-release bug fixes happening or are the devs done with this project now?
