Ah okay, that does clarify some parts of my question and wondering.  Then i'll have to see how the new Set of Rules elaborate on it. :3

Because there is for example the Path of the Titan Barbarian that seem to not have any class specific Abilities or Effects to utilize Pleasure or Pain for themself or apply said Pleasure/Pain to their opponment and for that there isn't much written, cirling back to my original question, on how a player character would be able to apply Pleasure or Pain to an Opponment on a regular basis, like with their bare hands in a brawl or use of regular common weapon.

If not for themself, than at least to the benefit for their Party to utilize the gained Points on their Opponment.

For now it seems it's mostly just up for the GM to determine what and when Pleasure and Pain is dealt or gained at such unspecified Situation.

Me and my Group have recently started playing Kinks & Cantrips and we seem to struggle slightly about the Pleasure and Pain Point System.

Looking through the Pleasure and Pain Section, it does neatly explain about the concept about reaching the Maximum Points or losing Points over time and its effects, but it seems to lack a written explanation or ruling for Player Character on how Pleasure or Pain are applied on a regular basis, especially if you'd go by "as written by the book", but  much is left only via assumption by reading certain effects of spells or weapon traits.

So that's why i'd like to ask, especially the Creator, how the Rules are implied for Player Characters and maybe to confirm or elaborate on if what informations i gathered by rules assumptions are right or how they were implied to be.

From what i gathered via assumptions:

- You deal 1 point of Pain in combat when you deal damage with a regular Weapon or Spell. (assumed by the Hopefull/Helpless rules for NPC encounters table)

- You can gain/deal only one point of Pain/Pleasure per turn, unless stated else by Traits, Effects or Feats and Class Features. (assumed by the "Painful" Trait of Weapons that states "An attacker who hits the same target twice or more during a turn with a weapon that has the Painful property may have the target gain 1 Pain.", which lets me assume to deal extra Pain Points with such weapon, otherwise any regular weapon, spell or unarmed attack would not deal any pain or pleasure points at all unless an effect would say so.)

Thanks ahead for anyone that can share their informations with me and others that may had the same questions.
