Will there be a way to transfer progress made from 0.0.15 to 1.0?

I had all commanders and ships unlocked from 0.0.15 so having to unlock them again feels a like a bit of a grind... Also  had a bit of resonance stockpiled too.

Thank it's working now,  unfortunately i don't know how the profile.sav got corupted.

I notice that this has reset my progress on unlocking ships & commanders.

Is any way to get that progress back?

I keep getting the following error when trying to run the exe:
