fun game but would be better with proper animated hands.

I’ve just purchased this but it’s a .zip (why isnt it .apk like the file names says it is???). How do I install this on my quest without a PC??

edit: I managed to unzip on my phone then uploaded the .apk to a mega.nz and download and installed to my quest but upon launching the game it asked me to restart the game and now it’s just a black screen.
