might be your microphone. I had that problem at first and it was my headphones. sometimes I also just have to make sure im speaking clearly. I really love this game, I just want to play the finished version already aha. I hope this helps, if not that's okay. just trine give tips based on my own experience.

no there are no jumpscares, its a great game honestly. I love how im able to just feel like im actually a 911 dispatcher. I think the only thing that may feel scary is that this game may cause slight anxiety simply because it's a 911 dispatcher game. meaning you have to make sure you help and send the right units which can cause anxiety. or maybe its just me haha. I just worry about doing anything wrong but other than that it's fine. but with all of that I personally feel the game is amazing because its so similar to being an actual dispatcher which is what im interested in. so no, there are no jump scares or really anything scary.
