thanks a lot, yes i did the pixel art myself. as for the menu its because i didnt modified the menu from the base rpgm mz, i just added key equipment and item for lore but arent used (except for the ending, where it check if you have the bodybag or the pipebomb to give you the ending choice)

i like the use of dice rolling, its odd to not see it used more often in rpgm games.
the presentation is well done too

Neat retro game, the combat is actually hard, but thanks god the shield bash exist to stunlock the enemy xd.

pretty neat game, the visuals are very charming, and the fishing minigame works well.
and toasty will be pleased, it not only have footstep sound, but footstep visual

there is two endings, you need to find old bill pipebomb in the second level (the one with acid puddles), it is in the top right corner not far from the start of said level.

Pretty nice to see an attempt at classic horror, with wasd movement, and mouse control, it would be better if the character was tracking the mouse movement, even when moving too, and same for the attack, but already quite impressive, gg

sorry xd, i hope i didnt failed the balance, its hard to properly test this when you know the way to the end of the level etc. one thing you can try is to use the echolocation to lure them away, then go back to where you must mine

i think the fighting system with the arrow and combo is original, but sadly im not even sure you can loose, but its mostly a balance issue tbh, could be worked into a great fighting system

nice little story, very lively metro.
i think the theme is more about the timeloop than underground, but still a nice polished little game.

The best in the jam (from what i played now), the combat system is very well done, with both environment/card and movement, its visually pleasing too, good job

Yeah you need rpg MV to run it.
but i played it a bit and its pretty neat, good on the theme and presentation. sadly i see the game manual didnt made it to the jam build xd

yeah for the mining i should have probably made it to hold space to rock rather than hitting the rock 3 times xd, i think it would have made it better, since, for gameplay fairness i made it so the spider only go hunt you when it collapse on the third hit, which is a bit uninstinctive, people would expect them to chase every hit since they react to those sound

the caves of qud of this jam, i like the idea, the combat is very original and fun. same as the healing mechanic by donating to the shrine
however i think the combat encounter are too common, cant even walk 5 step without fighting 3 enemies xd
and i encountered a problem with the escape menu, i had it on a loop that i couldnt go back to the game, the one with "quit etc)
but it was enjoyable still

very good game, the game is fun, not too long, and visually very pleasing. potential jam winner here
