that is called a false positive i'm pretty sure every unity game trips at least one virustotal scanner (image is of the official baldi's basic you can get to prove a point) and actually that specific one is a pretty common false positive if you look it up
and just to make you feel better if i knew how to make a virus not only would i feel bad about releasing it i wouldn't disguise it as a stupid meme game virus total is a good site for checking but if only one has an issue you're probably fine but when it's like 15 of them say it's a bad file and it's the big ones like malwarebytes and AVG then you should probably stay away from the file
