where are the user settings? I don’t see any in game or in the file browser

keep getting a “Pure virtual function being called while application was running (GIsRunning==1) “ message when trying to start a new game. Freezes up completely, then sends a “GameThread timed out while waiting for RenderThread after 120 seconds” crash. CPU is Ryzen 7 5700X3D, GPU is Radeon 7700XT, 32 gb of ram and nothing out of the ordinary open on the PC. Hope this helps(I want this so badly fuck Nintendo).
