Amazing as usual with the games from this brand! Super short yet sweet and hopefully very indicative of the new Toree game that is soon to come out! I fell in love with you guys' work every since the first Toree, with Beeny being my favorite (sequel or successor sometime maybe?? 🤞🏾🥲) The music in this one was amazing and the gameplay felt the best out of any of the previous games. It could've just been my controller (wired power A nintendo switch controller) but I couldn't get the controller to properly work. Only left and right were noticed by the game, but nothing else. I may just need to tweak some settings in my computer though, this problem doesn't arise with steam games so their controller support could be the answer. All in all, great work as usual, and I can't wait for Toree Genesis!!

Great game and very, VERY creative idea! If I had to categorize this game I'd add it into the SPOILERS...

Bullet Hell genre but the fact that it's main gameplay loop is that of a casual game is so interesting, unique, and most importantly, very fun!! I loved the dialogue and charming nature of the characters and really love the way the backgrounds and art is done! It's all such a unique, yet familiar feeling like those nostalgic flash games! A couple of critiques/suggestions. I'd consider adding a rank system, or some type of system that changes the amount of money gained after each level. This way, impactful gameplay such as taking no damage, beating a level in a certain amount of time, cleaning all the teeth before they grow wings ect. can be rewarded. The minimum amount of money per level is fine, but a system like this can add more towards the entire upgrade system. A skip text button would also be nice for those that may want to replay the game or speedrun it. This may be a purposeful choice, but I feel that the invincibility window after getting hit is a little short, and think that extending it, just a little bit, would allow for more freedom of gameplay especially during the last enemy chase scenes. They can shoot out a barrage of constant attacks, and since you have to get really close to attack, you're very prone to getting hit multiple times. That's pretty much it for my problems with the game, I'm super interested in this and seeing how it'll turn out! You really did an amazing job and I can't wait to see how far it comes! :)

I just wanna start by saying this game is great!! So much fun and such a simple premise yet done very well and effective! One thing that I wish was possible (not sure if this was planned for the future) is the ability to have multiple weapons during a run! I know in the description it says go in with 2 food themed weapons, but I think this type of game truly shines when you're able to swap through multiple weapons to mow down the hordes! Kind of like swapping your primary and secondary for new weapons, which I thought was gonna be capable with the dealer but all of the weapon options were grayed out. Another comment posted about it, but I couldn't die and my health went into the negatives. Also, speaking of the dealer, the same kind of thing happened when buying recipes from his shop. I wouldn't have enough of the "B" currency (not sure of the name :p ) yet would still be able to buy things that costed more than I owned, then my B currency value would drop into the negatives. Also a couple of super floaty jumps in specific places which I can't tell were intentional or not, but were a lot of fun so maybe a movement mechanic could be added to the game at some point! Another small thing was the fact that my character would start running backwards sometimes after a wave ended and the recipes popped up. Last thing, pretty sure this is what triggers it but not 100% sure, when going to the upgrade bench while a bunch of enemies were nearby, the upgrade bench animation would slow down drastically then return back to normal. I know the game is still super early in development so I wanted to list a couple of things I ran into while playing! Again super fun game and amazing concept, wacky shooters are always a blast and definitely need more representation so I'm glad you're helping! Can't wait for the next update! :)
