I agree with you about the art sometimes becoming messy and the map.

This game is great,  great art and gameplay but I think the post processing effects were a little excess.

About the two genres, I took the dice idea out of the board games like snake and ladders and monopoly. I thought of implementing that with a video game and see what could be done with it.
