this work for rpg maker mz?

i just dont understand how create a button like " press q to open quest log" i wanna do like a diary where all quest are listed and i dont want to go to menu and press to diary ecc.. just press Q and open the quest list i accepted or failed or completed

i dont understand when press download now there's no file downloaded, just a text file, how can i add the plugin?
