You can revisit but from what i found you have to not divert of the axis of left then up you have to follow the direct line and i think the time of day along with weather has an effect but this could be me making a placebo out of it but yeah the diary hints at how to get there stating important points and to not digress from them.

i only started playing recently and noticed no one responded to you so i came here to let you know if you hadnt figured it out that you get 3 from in the map and 2 spawn irl in the (spoiler) Park this was hinted at via the journal entry where its stated they are multi dimensional also how did you get the catalyst recipe just a hint is fine|

I have every page and have sunken atleast 2 days into finding the recipe for the catalyst but have found nada any tips or nudges in the right direction as although i havent found frostcaps either i think im on the precipice of achieving it as i got lucky finding true hydra 1 time but that was 2 days irl of looking any advice is appreciated
