Really nice idea so far! Here's a light critique for you:
- The music and art style go well together, the music itself sounds a bit like something out of Hotline Miami.
- If the game gets longer, I would suggest making checkpoints. Going back to the beginning each time would get old very fast.
- Game-over content is fairly brief, maybe have more scenes, like the introductory character?
Anyway, this is pretty impressive, and I'll be tuning in for updates from here on out!
