That's a very good question.

I wouldn't want to compromise the core premise of the game since the point is about collecting and banging your favorite waifus.
I also know a lot of people don't exactly want a child-raising simulator to be a part of the experience. Lol. Even though that's something that "I" would be personally into. Adds a nice wholesome touch to this otherwise blatantly trashy atmosphere. Haha. (Trashy in a slang manner, just to be clear! No disrespect intended.)

My first thought is possibly a sort of system that indicates how likely a character is to get knocked up upon a vaginal creampie in that session. Kind of like a dice roll. Being in heat adds more weight, possibly having a higher bond with the girl also adds more weight, etc.
On a successful impregnation, the character goes through stages of pregnancy over several days. (Because no one is about to try and go through nine months of in-game days.) I'd say like a week at most and then their models from there on would have them sporting the first pregnancy belly. Then after another week they would have the second one. On the third week, they go into labor and have the child and can't be plowed for that week, but after that they'll reset to their default bodies.

As for how any children could be implemented... again, no one wants a child-raising simulator since this isn't the Sims. Lmao. So how about a little counter showing how many times the character has been knocked up? Maybe some additional dialogue would also be a nice touch.

I'm sure I could think of other tidbits to implement, but I'll leave it at that for now.
