That sounds like a mod conflict on your end. I have chopped corn on multiple RCS maps and gotten normal yields. I will check this out over the weekend however, just to be sure.

If you have any of Thundr's other mods running and they don't start with FS25_0_TH you need to go to his itch and update them. He had to update several of his mods recently due to changes in patch 1.14.

What are your draw distances set at? Did you edit them in the xml to be higher than the base game limit?

Are you playing on the RCS version with an existing save that was started on the non-RCS version

Generally, what I have seen and noticed helping people out when they have this issue it comes down to your VRAM on your card being maxed out, or close to maxed out. This game eats up VRAM.

The general fixes are tweaking graphics settings. The two biggest performance hits are your draw distances and shadows. I have personally messed with both and seen significant increase in performance while maintaining visual quality. The textures on the finer details are the first things to start getting blurry.

There was no demo version of this one released. You're thinking of the demo version of the STX Steiger series that is being worked on/released by Casearias.

Excited to add this to my list of trucks tonight. I owned a 23 ZR2. All the pictures look spot on. Great work!

What shop is supposed to be on the map? I recently cleaned out my mod folder and when I loaded into the map, the shop is gone. I downloaded the map and replaced it but still no shop showing up. Is it the EMC (I think) Case dealership?

(1 edit)

Sent to your gmail. Wondering if maybe it has to do with the intricate custom soil map that was installed? PF seems to really not like it, even though it's an awesome feature because it's much more realistic than almost any other map that just use large areas of one soil type.

Do you have a discord or some where I can send you screen shots? I don't have access to them on this computer. I do have screen shots with almost identical LUA errors. I can give all the rest of the info as well. The map, equipment being used, task being performed, and should be able to figure out the field number.

Just wanted to let you know I tested the alfalfa this weekend and it works fine as you described. I think my initial issue was due to a mod conflict. Enjoy the map. Want to mention I like what you did with the soil map with the edges of the field. In my experience we always got lower yields off the edges.

Not that I’ve noticed. Admittedly I have been prepping and planting/seeding the other fields, so I can’t 100% say for sure. I’ll get a chance to thoroughly test it this weekend and let you know.

Thanks for getting back and no worries at all on the wait. We all have real life to attend too

Assuming that the forest area itself is 1000 acres this is a 4x or larger map?

I downloaded the map Monday and have been playing it since. I really enjoy the map and look forward to any further changes you make. I did have one interesting thing happen with alfalfa. I had it planted in field 9 and forgot to harvest it when it was time. I have played with other maps that have alfalfa, so I just planned to harvest it the next month. The crop reverted from a full ready to harvest state to the first visible growth stage after being seeded. I tried to cut it, thinking maybe it was just a visual bug, but it wasn't. I got almost no yield off the field. Not sure if this was intended but just wanted to let you know.

So I am very new to mods and editing xml pathways. Anyone have a video or resource they can recommend so I can educate myself? I would love to use this mod but am not sure where to start.

The map was made in a way that if you want to join fields you have to purchase field 128. That will give you all areas between the designated fields. My brother and I have done this on our server and slowly combining fields as we grow and have enough area to stay diverse on our crops.

Wanted to let you know I am getting an interesting collision issue with this and the Case 6161 Fast Riser. Both will slowly walk themselves backwards when unhooked and parked in a shed. I admittedly have not checked my log in either save I have experienced the issue yet. I should be able to do that tonight.

It is occurring on two different maps and two different sheds. The DB120 is doing it on Judith Plains Montana in the prebuilt farm at the Snow Caps Hollow Farm.

The Fast Riser is doing it on the Upper Mississippi River Valley Map, utilizing the 3 Stars Workshop by ikas.

Both mods function amazingly. Just this one little thing. Very appreciated work.
