I have 10 hours into the game, the screen froze with the tentale chud... I tried restarting the game, I mistakenly saved and it was my only save file... am I fucked..? or is there a way to fix this... literally stucked...

I downloaded and downloaded sync but I lost my gallery. I am confusion x3x

I am so lost... I got Mara's third but I don't have Mara's second. Then Isabella's side quest, I do not understand how to trigger. I updated after a long while and I am just confused. Sorry if I come across as rude.
