Yup, I made sure to do it as soon as I got the talisman. I only had 7 stars (to beat Saad) and then after I grabbed the last piece I went to the picnic table.

There is one hint that is given in the banishment cutscene. I don't remember exactly, but it had something to do with not being a creature of the living or something like that

Life got busy and I forgot, but I just pulled it back up and tried it out and it was so worth it. Gotta love dancing :j

I'm pretty sure that's what happened.  There was one other thing that I wanted to try when I have a bit more free time though to see if there was another cutscene

I found the talisman and, uh, I have a lot of questions about that cutscene now lol

I don't remember seeing any talismans tho...

An absolutely delightful game! I played it on stream and really enjoyed it. Also, I found a thing in the credits, and I feel like there's some way to translate it:
