If you have the project you should be able to put it up on Github, that is one way to make it open source. (Github also lets you choose how open you want the code to be so that is nice). It's also understandable that you're busy with other projects you're working on. Keep up making some top-tier projects.

Hey, really great tool you made, I was wondering if the code is at all able to be seen publicly in any way cause me and a friend are trying to do a progression series. If there is I would love to work on editing the code to try and include the newer packs to the project so that it's up to date with the current packs. If that is something I could see I and you would allow me to do that would be really appreciated, otherwise I understand and thank you for your time.
