Hm I'm kinda lost on how to raise dominance. Are there specific flags you need? Like I've got dominant vibe and my dominance skill is at 7, but I can't seem to do it reliably.
Kinda wish the game wouldn't just reset as soon as the riot cop goes down. Took me a while to get the scene with the cop tied to the bike rack, and no idea if riot cop has one
