Yes, the Patreon Code is available to all tiers. It also unlocks the Mandy Sex Scene, and a special Plug at the Black Market Dealer. The Fruit can be used to unlock the whole gallery, and Brothel.
They shouldn't, its a one off area. Pretty sure the ones you are missing are the ones that have not been implemented. That's probably the case. All the enemies should be available as I update the game and areas.

That's actually a very good idea. Some more special graphics for more abilities are surely needed. When it comes to carrying over items, I'm still figuring it out, but I know its something players would prefer.

The Membrum core has a very small chance to drop from any futa enemies (Except the Essence Slimes), You can also purchase it from Multiple futas, Finny at the beach (Highest price), The 5th, at the forgotten caverns (Medium Price), Amanda, after helping her and inviting her over to your Nem'yh house (Cheapest).
The Void's cum can be purchased from The Void's bar, found at multiple loot areas on the game, or dropped from The Forgotten chamber creatures, or Void Essences at the Essence lakes.
Thank you for reporting! This happens with the 2 stumps in front of the cave entrance. The main entrance and other stumps should work normally. Avoid those two for now. The trial is completable and doesnt seem to cause any softlocks. It shall be fixed in the next patch. Again, Thank you so much!

It is on the plans yes, maybe not gallery, but a quick menu on the brothel to skip having to go up 3 floors. I know its becoming a little annoying the more scenes get released.
For The Void Castle not sadly. Each location you send her to has little differences, The Void's Brothel option removes her store (Note her items are still available in other stores at a slight higher price) but her Vb gain is doubled. So it's a small trade off.

Searched for any way that could trigger this bug. I found one possible explanation. Last visit, you might have used a teleporting item instead of using the regular exit, which makes the event lock itself. Upon entering the lobby and exiting again it resets and fixes it. I will create a solution for it, but if you think it might have happened any other way, do let me know.
Not intentional no. I will be changing their strength and making them respawnable next update. The Void's cum exp gain was way too high, and as expected, could be a bit too overpowered to farm. Still balancing it a little.
