Feature set aside, I designed this project with the intent of injecting more arpg elements into itemization in RPG MAKER MZ, and I haven't really seen a tool that fully scales equipment parameters how I wanted.. This plugin is the result of trying to fill the need for better randomized parameter scaling., both in a template like format and to account for player level scaling.
