Yes, I am logged in. The error occurs in the browser. I can see the password prompt briefly before the error occurs.
I've bought a few games through Patreon, which then gives a nonpublic url on itch.io to play the game. I haven't found a way to access these through Mitch so that I can install web games. Any way to do this?
