To talk with ayano you go to clubroom and click her name. To recruit members, click on an npc the go to invitations > invite to occult club (talk to them a bit so that they're more likely to join).

Is this event rare? Cuz it hasn't happened to me yet and I've played alot

So I don't know if this is either intentional or not but I found a way I can go to school on weekends and on holidays. And when I do things like club activities, wait for lesson or even go home and do stuff, the game doesn't bug out. I'm writing to give a heads up about this "Exploit". Proof

Everytime I save it, it just overrides the current save file. For example I want to have 2 save files where one is for going the Hitomi route and the other file is the Yuki route.

Is it possible to have multiple save files? If so then how? (I'm on mac)

if you want to, you can continue meiko quest by going to the occult club -> actions -> club management then force meiko to have sex with other people which will start meiko's next set of quests

Why are some scenes censored while some aren't censored? I would prefer for it to be all uncensored but I suggest a setting where you can toggle between censored and uncensored.
